This sweet salad dressing is great for coleslaws and spinach and broccoli salads. The apple cider vinegar makes this poppy seed dressings unique and delicious. Unlike store-bought salad dressings, this one is guaranteed to be preservative and GMO-free–a definite salad-staple in my house!
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (or Fresh Lemon Juice)
- ¼ Cup Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Mayo
- 1 ½ Tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Djon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil (or Olive Oil)
- 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
- Pinch of Salt
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until blended. Will last 1-2 weeks in the fridge.
